A significant milestone in this direction was the successful completion of the ICSSR-sponsored Special Call Collaborative Empirical Research Project in partnership with Gujarat University and Ahmedabad University in March 2024.
Academic and student development focus

Programmes such as the Summer Internship Award, Budget Prediction Competition, Career-pe-Charcha, Campus to Corporate Lecture Series, Corporate Mock Interviews, and ADM Memorial Lecture Series provide students with practical insights and professional exposure.
To enhance employability and future readiness, the institute organizes regular up-skilling initiatives including Advanced MS-Excel Training Sessions, professional development workshops, and industry interaction programmes. The active participation of alumni through initiatives such as Coffee with Alumni further strengthens mentoring, networking, and career guidance opportunities for students.
Our dedicated Placement Cell and strong industry partnerships have consistently contributed to successful summer and final placement outcomes across sectors. The institute’s efforts and contributions have also been recognized through prestigious honours including:

- ‘Best Academic Partner’ recognition by ISTD (Mumbai Chapter)

Further, under the University Department Ranking Framework (UDRF) 2024–25, ADMIFMS secured First Rank in the category of “Best Institute in Management, Sub-Campus, Model College and Institutions” and also received First Rank as the “Best Academic Department for Administration.”
